Completing the form for more than one person

If you are applying for a student disregard for more than one student at the same address, you do not need to complete a separate form for each person.

To add another student, please select an additional option from the list, such as School Leaver, Apprentice, or Trainee. These sections collect the same information and will allow you to include details for more than one student within a single submission.
