About E-billing

By signing up to E-billing you are confirming that you no longer wish to receive a paper bill. 

Instead, when a bill is produced, we will email you and let you know that you have a new bill. You can then log into your My Account and view the bill.

Please note

Any notices related to non-payment such as reminder notices will be sent by post as this is a legal requirement.

Your first bill and the last closing bill for your property will also be sent by post.

Sign up for E-billing

To sign up for e-billing you will need to have an online My Account and registered your Council Tax account to your online account.

How to sign up for E-billing

Once logged into your account you can sign up for E-billing by following these steps:

  1. Click View your council tax account information-
  2. Under Quick actions click on Bills and payment
  3. Select Sign up for E-billing.
