Our complaints process looks like this:
- Stage 1 - Deal with complaint within two weeks
- Stage 2 - Carry out a full and fair investigation within a month if not resolved at Stage 1
If a customer is still unhappy with how the Council has dealt with their complaint, they have a right to progress the matter to the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman (“LGSCO”), an Independent Body that investigates cases of maladministration causing injustice to the complainant.
