Charges are dependent upon the application type or service being requested and we would be happy to speak with you to provide further information and a quote based on your work.
How to Pay
The easiest way to pay is via our online payments system which can be found on this area of our website.
- Scroll down the page to the section Do It Online
- Please select the Pay For It icon
- Then select All Other Payments
- Then select Planning and Building Control
- Then select Building Control Applications UNLESS instructed otherwise – Please refer to your Fee Advice email
- Then complete the form on the screen and follow the instructions.

Once payment has been made, you can download a copy of the receipt for your records.
IMPORTANT: If you pay ONLINE (NOT by phone) please email a copy of this receipt to bcsubmissions@knowsley.gov.uk quoting your application reference or associated address.
This is requested so we may be informed that a payment has been made and it can be allocated to your application.
