Changing your instalment date
Your Council Tax bill explains how much you need to pay and when. If payment is not made on time, we will issue a reminder notice. You may also receive a reminder if you are paying regularly but after the dates shown on your bill.
Setting up a Direct Debit or payment arrangement allows you to;
- Choose a payment date 1st, 5th, 15th or 24th of the month
- Spread payments over up to 12 monthly instalments, (April to March). The number of instalments will depend on the date you request the change.
