Travelling to school
- If your child attends a Knowsley school, they may be entitled to a free school bus pass if the statutory walking distance from their school is more than two miles away (aged under 8) or three miles (aged eight and over). You can find eligibility information on our School Bus Pass page.
- Children with special educational needs or disabilities may be eligible for assistance with travel between home and school. More eligibility information can be obtained by calling 0151 443 2500 and speaking to our specialist advisors.
- All school-aged children in Merseyside school years 5, 6 and 7 are offered road cyclist training through the Merseyside Road Safety Partnership. Please get in touch with your child's school for specific training dates.
