What happens next
We will reply to you within 20 working days and tell you who is dealing with your request. We will tell you if any fees apply to provide the information.
In certain cases, we will not be able to give you the information you request. If this happens, we will tell you why.
If you want to make a complaint about how we handled your request, you should first go through the council’s complaints procedure. If you are not satisfied with the council’s response, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office in writing at Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, by emailing casework@ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113 or 01625 545745.
