Delays with bin collections
Unfortunately, due to operational difficulties there is a slight delay to some maroon bin collections. We apologise for the delay but ask that you leave your maroon bin out and our crews will collect as soon as possible.
Clinical waste and sharps bins require separate collection. Medical professionals must submit an online form on your behalf to join the dedicated service. Find out more here.

Sharps
Hazardous waste
This should never be put in your maroon bin as we can't collect and dispose of these safely |
Non-hazardous healthcare waste
These items can be placed in your maroon bin. You may wish to double-bag this waste to reduce unpleasant smells or leakages. |
Containers and bags will be delivered once the request from your medical professional has been processed.
We will not collect items in other containers. Boxes with any other colour lid should be returned to the original provider such as medical centre or hospital
