Clinical Waste Collection Service

Each individual who requires a clinical collection will be sent a collection calendar by post or email which sets out the day and frequency of the collection.

Clinical collections will take place over four days from Tuesday to Friday. You will be informed of your specific collection day. Please check your calendar for the exact dates.

Duplicate calendars can be requested, please contact customer service.

2025 Calendars

Clinical Waste service has sent out calendars for collection dates in 2025 to all quarterly and monthly residents requiring collections. Please refer to the new calendar you have received before reporting a missed collection.

• Weekly collections- no change to collection day
• Six monthly or annual collections - please contact customer service to arrange a collection.
