How to get there

Walking

Oak Plantation has two entrances on Knowsley Lane. There is also access to Oak Plantation along the footpath through AFC Knowsley.

Bike

To cycle to Oak Plantation, please follow the same route as vehicles. There are no bike racks at Oak Plantation.

Train

The nearest station to Oak Plantation is Huyton. It is around an 40-min walk from the station to Oak Plantation. Alternatively, you can get the 217 bus from Huyton Station to St. Andrew’s Drive. You get off the bus around 6-minute walk from Oak Plantation. Please check timetables prior to travelling.

Bus

The 217, 217A, 289, 297, 686, 897 buses stop outside the entrance to Oak Plantation.

By car

If travelling from M57, take the exit at junction 4 (A580) to Knowsley Industrial Park / Bootle. At Randles Park Interchange exit onto the M57 slip road and at junction 3 take the A526 exit to Huyton. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Stockbridge Lane and then turn right onto Knowsley Lane.
