Buy or sell an empty property
The Matchmaker Scheme is a free service that matches empty properties in Knowsley with potential buyers. Find out more about how to apply here.
You can join the Matchmaker Scheme if you own an empty property that has been unoccupied for six months or more, even if your property is in need of repair.
The service is free and helps match empty properties in Knowsley with potential buyers. When a match is found, the buyer and seller are put in direct contact to proceed with the sale process.
To join the scheme, you will need to complete an application form and return it to the council. Once your property is registered, it will be listed online and in landlord bulletins.
