Digital Champions - helping you get online
If you need any help to get online, please speak to a Digital Champion in any of the council’s One Stop Shops.
Use our online services to:
- Make a payment
- Report an issue to the council - such as abandoned vehicles, dog waste, fly tipping, litter, missed bins, noise pollution, road problems, stray dogs, street lights, traffic signal issues, traffic signs, bollards or beacons
- Book council services - such as Registar Office bookings, taxi MOT tests or pest control appointments
- Apply for council services - such as apply for a school, apply for emergency support with fuel, furniture or white goods, request a review of fuel or furniture (or to appeal a decision), apply for a Blue Badge, renew a Blue Badge, apply for council tax reduction, set up a Direct Debit, apply for housing benefit, apply for a licence, apply for a parking permit, apply for planning permission, request a replacement bin or request a bin repair

One Stop Shop Advisors – changes to availability
If you’d like to speak with one of the council’s One Stop Shop Advisors, from Tuesday 3 April 2018 they will be available as follows:

All of the One Stop Shop offices will still be open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday in order for you to:
- Access online services with free PC access and support from a Digital Champion
- Use the self-service stations to submit evidence to support applications
- Make payments using the self-service payment machines
In addition, the council’s Contact Centre will be open from 9am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9am to 4pm on Wednesday.
Please be aware that from Monday 1 April 2019, our opening hours are changing in Huyton and Kirkby One Stop Shops.
Huyton and Kirkby will be open from 10am until 2pm Monday to Friday. To ensure your enquiry can be adequately dealt with, please arrive no later than 1.30pm. You can still access the PCs and self-serve payment machines between 9am and 5pm each day, it’s just enquiries with One Stop Shop staff that are affected.
The open hours for Halewood and Prescot remain unchanged.
