If you are a landlord or agent you can tell us about a change of tenancy or if you have bought or sold a property.

Change of tenancy form

You can use this form to inform us of the following:

  • A tenancy ending and starting at this property
  • A tenancy ending where this property will remain vacant
  • A new tenancy where this property was previously vacant

 Information you may need

  • The tenancy end and/or start date
  • The full name of the tenant(s) who is moving out and/or moving in
  • Whether the property rented is furnished, part furnished or unfurnished
  • Landlord and or agent details
  • A phone number and e-mail address

Buying a property

If you have bought a property but have not yet secured a tenant, then you should use the Govtech form here.

Select the Moving home option and then choose - Buying a property in Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council but not to live in it.

Sale of a property

A non-resident owner, landlord or company who need to advise they have sold a property they don’t reside in, should use the Govtech form here.
