Details of the proposal
Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to dispose of (pursuant to section 123 Local Government Act 1972) a building and associated maintenance compound and car park to the south of Wood Lane, Prescot as shown on the below location plan number.
This would involve leasing of the building known as Sylvia Gore Pavilion at King George V Playing Fields Prescot to Berkley Football Club CIC for a period of twenty-seven years for sports and community uses.
