Together We Care

Find out more about Together We Care, our in-house provider of adult social care for adults with care needs. Previously known as Adult Provider Services (APS), it brings together our four core services: Adult Disability Day Services, Respite, Supported Living and Shared Lives.

Adult Disability Day Service

Our day services provide a range of opportunities and leisure-based services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, sensory needs or physical disabilities.

Respite service

The Respite Service offers short breaks for adults with learning disabilities, autism, sensory or physical needs. It gives them a chance to socialise and join in activities, while caregivers have a break.

Supported living

The Supported Living service assists adults with learning disabilities, autism, sensory needs or physical disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own or shared homes. Staff offer personalised support with household tasks, managing tenancies, and accessing the community.

Knowsley Shared Lives Scheme

The Shared Lives Scheme supports adults and young people with care and support needs to live in a paid carer’s home, becoming part of a supportive family environment. Find out more about the service, as well as how to become a Shared Lives Carer.
