Street lighting

Street Lighting maintenance is provided by our service provider ENERVEO. The report a fault link below will take you to the Lights on in Knowsley website where you will be able to raise the fault for ENERVEO’s attendance.

It should however be noted that ENERVEO only maintain lights on adopted highway and not in private unadopted areas.

If the light in question cannot be found on the Lights On In Knowsley website, it is likely not adopted. In those circumstances it is the responsibility of the Housing development / landowners to maintain the private lighting.

You will be able to search for an adopted highway by following Highways Mapping and entering your postcode into the search engine. All adopted highway is shown in blue.
