You can appeal an FPN in the Magistrates Court. However, you have only 21 days from the date the notice was issued to do so.
To appeal an FPN, you must fill out a Notice of Appeal form and send it to the Magistrates Court. Details of appeals are provided when an FPN is issued.
You can make representations by sending them by email to environmentalhealth@knowsley.gov.uk or by contacting the officer who issued the FPN; you will find their details in the accompanying letter if you received one with your FPN.
