Essential Maintenance
Our online services will be undergoing essential maintenance from between 8 am and 9 am on 26th March for a short period.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you want to dispose of large or heavy items which won’t go into your household waste bin, you can arrange for them to be collected separately.
We do not collect fixtures and fittings such as bathroom furniture, internal and external doors, and kitchens. If you are unsure if your bulky waste fits the criteria, please check the list below.
To schedule a collection, there is a fee of £28 for up to five items or £55 for six to ten items.
We have set collection days for specific areas in Knowsley.
Your collection date and day will be allocated as per your area at the time of your booking.
We do not offer collections on weekends or bank holidays.
Please note the above days are subject to change due to service demands.
To make changes or cancel your bulky waste collection booking, log in to your account on our online portal. You can do this anytime before 12 p.m. on the day before your collection date.
Cancellations made in time will receive a full refund.
Our team will collect the bulky items between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. on the agreed day. Here's what you need to do:
