Who will own my data once I submit it?
Knowsley Borough Council is the “data controller” of this information.
Why do you need my information?
- We need your contact details if you wish to be informed about events and updates about Millbrook Park Millennium Green.
- We need your contact details if you wish to become a member of the Millbrook Park Millennium Green Trust to allow the Trust to share information between members.
What allows you to use my information?
We will only use your information with consent for the purposes stated above.

Your information will be shared if you have consented, with the Millbrook Park Millennium Green Trust the law specifically allows it or we have to allow this group to work together.

Personal data shall be kept by the Environmental Sustainability Services at Knowsley Council for no longer than 2 years. It will be stored securely and protected from loss and unauthorised access. The information you provide will be held by Knowsley Council in accordance with their retention policy and schedule.
