My Account gives you access to your council tax, benefits, pest control, bulky collections and bin orders.

To register for a My Account your address will need to be a Knowsley residential address.

You can register for an online account in 3 easy steps:

  1. Complete your details and submit the form
  2. An activation email is sent to your inbox (or junk folder)
  3. Follow the link in the email and sign into your account.

Once registered, you can log in to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are some online council services which are not part of My Account. These services have their own portals, and you must register a separate account to use them. 

Your My Account sign-in details won't work.  If you forget your sign-in details for any of these accounts, you will need to follow the details on each individual site to recover them.

MOT(Taxi’s) Portal

MOT portal allows you to make a booking/check booking information or make amendments. You will need to register and sign in to use this service.

Landlord Portal

The Landlord portal can be used by landlords who receive direct payments for housing benefits or monies for discretionary housing payments.

The portal is not available to citizens.

This portal will allow landlords to:

  • view relevant payment information, including overpayment deductions and discretionary housing payments paid in with normal housing benefit payments
  • view changes in payments and cancellations immediately, so there is no need to wait for information to be sent by post
