How to get there
Walking
Old Rough Park has main entrances on Old Rough Lane, with other pedestrian access points at Quarry Green and Beetham Way.

Bike
To cycle to Oak Plantation, please follow the same route as vehicles. There are no bike racks at Old Rough Park.

Train
The nearest station to Oak Plantation is Headbolt Lane. It is around a 20-min walk from the station to Old Rough Park. Please check timetables prior to travelling.
Bus
The 14, 217, 217A and 835, 3, 3A and 771 buses stop outside the Old Rough Lane entrances to Old Rough Park.

By car
If travelling from M57, take the exit at junction 6 (A506) to Fazakerley / Kirkby. At the roundabout, take 3rd exit onto Valley Road, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Hall Lane. Continue straight onto Old Rough Lane.
