Following the closure of the Café on site at Mill Dam Park, Mill Lane, Kirkby, Knowsley Council is looking to offer a temporary lease to a mobile food and drink provider to operate on site for a period of 6 months.
Interested parties are invited to apply via the Expression of Interest form below between Friday 22 May and Friday 29 May, following which an evaluation will be undertaken by the Environmental Sustainability Service, and the winning tender will be granted a licence to operate on site from June 2026 for a period of six months.
