Other changes of circumstances
It is your responsibility to make sure that the information on your school application is correct and up-to-date. If you do not tell us about a change, this could affect how your application is considered, and you may miss out on a place at a school of your preference. In some cases, you may even have a place withdrawn if it was offered based on incorrect information.
If the change is to information provided on a supplementary information form, please contact the individual school directly to discuss making a change.
If you are unsure whether a change is relevant, please contact Knowsley School Admissions for advice. In some cases, you may be asked to provide evidence of the change.
