Reporting a road problem
To report a road problem or submit a Highways service request using the online form, you will need to provide:
- Your details including name, address, telephone number, and email address if you would like to receive updates on your enquiry. You do have the option to remain anonymous if you wish.
- The postcode of the location relating to the service request or issue. If you are unsure of the postcode, you can search by using the postcode finder link on the online form.
- Additional details of the location e.g. on the corner of the street, or in the middle of the road outside number 44.
- A description of the issue or request.
It's also useful if you can provide photos when reporting issues as they can help us to locate the issue and to understand the severity of the problem. Photos are not required for general enquiries or requests.
