Legal requirements
- Premises must be sufficiently sized, organised, and maintained to allow safe food preparation and effective cleaning.
- Adequate facilities for cleaning equipment and food, as well as suitably located washbasins, must be provided.
- Appropriate pest control procedures must be implemented.
