A Planning Validation Checklist contains a list of all the information and documents that must be submitted with a planning application when seeking planning permission.
The draft Planning Validation Checklist provides guidance on both national and local planning requirements and will allow applicants will be able to directly access guidance on the requirements for each element of a planning application prior to submission.
Given recent changes to planning policy and planning law, the Council has prepared an updated Planning Validation Checklist to ensure that relevant and up-to-date information is being requested and provided.
