PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND TO THE EAST OF WINDY ARBOR ROAD, WHISTON, MERSEYSIDE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (“the Council”) intends to dispose of (pursuant to section 123 Local Government Act 1972) an area of open space land being an area of approximately 2.48 hectares to the east of Windy Arbor Road, Whiston, Merseyside as shown on the below location plan number (AS/284A/2025) by way of a lease of the land and facilities at Windy Arbor Road Playing Fields (Whiston and Cronton Ward) to Whiston Juniors FC CIC Ltd. for a period of twenty-seven years for sports and community uses.
