PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND TO THE EAST OF WINDY ARBOR ROAD, WHISTON, MERSEYSIDE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (“the Council”) intends to dispose of (pursuant to section 123 Local Government Act 1972) an area of open space land being an area of approximately 0.72 hectares in the western end of Jubilee Park, north of Dinas Lane, Huyton, Merseyside as shown on plan number (AS/013/2026) by way of a lease of the land and facilities at Jubilee Park (Page Moss Ward) to Huyton Jubilee Community Sports Hub CIC Ltd. for a period of twenty-seven years for sports and community uses.
