The Council’s Corporate Enforcement Policy sets out our approach to dealing with matters of regulatory non-compliance and describes the range of enforcement action which can be taken by officers of the Council when breaches of legislation are identified.
The policy was last reviewed in 2023 and is now required to be updated to reflect changes to legislation and Government guidance.
How to respond
We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to comment on and provide feedback on the draft policy before it is formally adopted by Knowsley Council.
We therefore encourage everyone to have their say on the policy.
