Pay policy statement
The Council has a Pay Policy Statement setting out how it pays and remunerates its employees. The Pay Policy Statement is approved each year as part of the Medium-Term Financial Strategy Report at the Council’s annual budget setting meeting, which is usually held between 1 and 11 March each year.
