Report a missed bin collection

Find out more about what to do if your bin is missed.

If your bin is missed, you need to report it after 3pm on your collection day, within 48 hours of your collection window. Anything after 48 hours can not be reported.

We cannot collect your bin if

  • The bin is too heavy
