Help putting your bin out

If you are elderly or have a disability and you do not have anyone else at home to help put your bin out, we may be able to help you. You can also let us know if you no longer require assistance. Find out how here.

Many individuals face challenges in placing their bins out for collection due to factors such as age, disability, or physical limitations.

Recognising these difficulties, we can provide assistance programs to support residents who require help with this task. Eligibility for this service is based on genuine need and subject to there being no other able-bodied person at the property or family member, neighbour or friend , who can place the bins out or collection.
