Winter Wellness Grant Programme 2024/25
Knowsley based community organisations can apply for grants up to £5,000 to help residents stay warm, safe and well this winter.
End of grant monitoring
To evaluate the success and impact of the Winter Wellness Grant Programme, you will be required to complete an End of Grant Monitoring Form at the end of the funding period. This will be issued to you at the end of your grant period. You will also be asked to upload evidence of expenditure against the grant.
