Knowsley Works will use your information to respond to your request for help with employment related information, advice and guidance, and any subsequent job or training applications you may make.
We rely on your consent to collect and use your information
Where necessary, and depending upon the nature of the employment support that you request, your data may be shared with relevant Council services, local and regional bodies such as Liverpool Combined Authority, local and regional employers and training providers, and national organisations such as HMRC.
You do not have to provide this information. However, the Knowsley Works team will not be able to respond to your request for employment support if you do not supply required details.
In general, because of external funding and financial audit requirements, information will be kept for seven years. However, other information may be kept for different time periods due to external funding or other financial requirements.
