About digital Drop-In sessions
Do you need help and support with your laptop, tablet or mobile phone?
Digital drop-in sessions are informal sessions for you to get help, advice or support with using digital tools, devices or services on a 1-2-1 basis.
- Enjoy open acess: No formal appointment is needed - people can 'drop in' to the session.
- Focus on the digital help that you need: The sessions will help with things like setting up email, using smartphones or tablets, accessing online services or improving digital skills.
- Flexible topics: Attendees can bring whatever digital questions or problems they have and receive tailored help.

Attending the Digital Drop-In sessions will help:
- Increase digital inclusion: They help people who lack confidence and skills to get online, reducing the digital divide.
- Improve access to services: People learn to use online health services, government portals or banking, making daily tasks easier and increasing peoples independence.
- Boost confidence and independence: With friendly support, people feel more able to manage devices and digital tasks without relying on others.
- Enhance employability: For jobseekers, gaining digital skills can open access to job applications, training or work-from-home opportunities.
- Strengthen community ties: Drop-ins create a welcoming space where people can meet others, share knowledge and feel supported.
