School/outdoor education offer
Our Environment and Sustainability team are available to support education providers with:
- Environmental education and citizenship
- Sports development and healthy living
- Curriculum based outdoor education
- Forest Schools Programmes
Activities can include:- Hide & seek, den building, knot tying, picture making, bug hunting, collecting & sorting, listening, observing, using tools, fire lighting, free play, leaf printing, tree rubbing & much more.
All equipment will be provided along with a fun packed session which can include a number of craft activities such as willow weaving, making elder jewellery and nature painting.
Our innovative programmes offer children and young people opportunities to try new and exciting challenges in local woodland environments, parks and open spaces.
Our teams can also support schools and Centres for Learning to improve and utilise their school grounds through a tailored package of project support.
