- A phone number and e-mail address
- Landlord and or agent details
- The date you purchased the property
- Tenants name, tenancy start date, term of tenancy
- Whether the property is furnished
- The date you sold the property or tenancy ended
- Whether the property has been left furnished or unfurnished
- Name of new occupier, landlord or owner
