The Local Offer for care leavers in Knowsley has been developed by the council, local partners and care experienced people. It identifies the important issues to care experienced people as they move away from care and toward independence.
Knowsley’s revised Local Offer to our care experienced people was launched on 10 October 2023.
It provides Care Experienced People with essential information about the advice, support, and guidance available from a vast range of services and the many kinds of financial support available to make a successful transition to adult life.
A range of advice and information is also available regarding employment and training opportunities, accommodation, social activities, health and wellbeing and financial management on the Knowsley Care Leavers Local Offer website.
