Accessibility

Accessibility features at Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park include:

  • Level access to the building.
  • Automatic front door. 
  • Low-level counters at reception, bar and café.
  • Lift access to the first floor.
  • Wheelchair access and toilet facilities are accessible on the ground floor.
  • Twenty designated car parking spaces for blue badge holders at all times. Please note these spaces cannot be reserved.
  • Support dogs are welcome in all areas of the building.

Disability access during performances

The venue has 160 loose seats, which can be arranged to create access for wheelchairs. For us to allocate you a space, please request wheelchair spaces when booking. 

If you book your tickets online, please call 0151 443 2200 to reserve wheelchair spaces.

Concessionary rates on tickets

Disabled people are eligible for the concessionary rate and may bring a personal assistant along with them who is also eligible for the concessionary rate.

Free parking is available at Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park (L36 6EG). 

Secondary free parking for designated events is available at King George V Sports Complex (L36 7UN). 

Please consider our neighbours and avoid parking in the roads surrounding the venue.
