Maintaining independence at home

There’s a range of help and support to help you stay in your own home for as long as possible.  This may be through the provision of homecare, equipment or by making minor or major adaptations to your home to enable you to continue to live there or by supporting you to access better suited and adapted housing such as extra-care housing or supported accommodation.

The support available will be shaped around your individual needs and circumstances.

Further information can also be found in the Early Intervention and Prevention section.
