Homes for Ukraine free Arriva free bus pass scheme
You may choose to apply for a free local bus pass through the travel company Arriva.
Follow these steps to apply:
- Address your email to customerservice@arriva.co.uk.
- Title your email ‘Ukrainian free travel scheme’.
- Include your full address, your passport ID page, the number of people in your household who need to travel, and the region of travel, which is Merseyside.
Travel for ages 60+
If you are 60+ and live in the area, you may be eligible for free local transport on buses, trains, and ferries within Merseyside.
The Merseytravel Over 60s pass allows you to travel anytime except during peak hours, which are 6:31 to 9:29 Monday through Friday.
The Over 60s pass can be used at any other time, including all day on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. If you are travelling at peak times, you must purchase a ticket before you travel.
