Knowsley Accredited Landlords can now advertise their properties across the whole of Merseyside free of charge on Property Pool Plus.
If you have not signed up yet, you can still apply for the Knowsley Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
If your property is accredited and you wish to place an advert on the website please complete the property pool pro forma and return to housing@knowsley.gov.uk with the latest Energy Performance Certificate and photos to accompany the advert.
How it works
Adverts will appear on the Property Pool Plus website within 2 working days of providing all the property details and remain on the website for 1 month unless you tell us otherwise.
Once the property has been let to a tenant, please inform us.
