What to expect from our staff
Our staff are qualified, experienced, and polite. They will:
- Introduce themselves and show you their official ID if you ask.
- Inspect your home or business to find out what pest is causing the problem.
- Explain how they plan to treat the problem and what you need to do to prepare.
- Use safe and approved materials and methods.
- Place bait in a way that won't harm other animals.
- Discuss the treatment given and advise you which pesticide has been used.
- Come back to check on the treatment and put down more bait if needed.
- Give you advice on how to prevent the problem from happening again.
