Process
Please provide proof of your address, such as council tax bill, and another bill with relevant address visible.
Alley keys
Once we have reived this information the relevant internal team will provide you with a link to purchase the new key.

Please note that key orders are made at the end of each month and can take between 6 to 8 weeks to receive.
Alley gate repairs
Once we have reived this information we will contact a contractor. The contractor will go out and assess the work request.
This usually takes place within 7 days of your official request.
