Driver renewal forms update
Our driver renewal forms have been updated and you no longer require a reference number to be able to apply online. We will continue to aim to issue reminder emails up to one month before expiry, however, these emails are no longer needed to complete a renewal application form.
Renewals and the DBS update service
Due to a change in the legislation, we are required by law to check any licenced driver's DBS status every 6 months.
If we have never received a DBS certificate from your previous badge issue, but you are on the update service, we will need to see the original certificate to ensure nothing has changed and you still meet our "Fit and Proper" policy.
If you are not on the update service, you will need to supply a new DBS, this can be obtained by following the links on the driver application pages.
