- Large household appliances (e.g., fridges, cookers, microwaves, washing machines, and dishwashers)
- Entertainment equipment (e.g., televisions, hi-fi systems, and computers)
- Comfortable furniture (including sofas and armchairs)
- Dining essentials (tables and chairs)
- Bathroom fixtures (like sinks, toilets, and baths)
- Outdoor gear (bicycles and garden furniture)
- Bedroom essentials (beds and mattresses)
- Floor coverings (carpets and rugs)
During the booking process, you'll specify the items to be collected. However, please note that our collection team may not be able to retrieve items from your property if:
- They deem it unsafe to enter your property.
- The items are not left on the ground floor, and there's no suitable lift available for use.
If your bulky items cannot be collected for these reasons, you'll receive a notice at your doorstep explaining why they were not retrieved and providing contact information for further assistance.
