Proposed disposal of open space land south of Headbolt Lane, Kirkby

PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND TO THE SOUTH OF HEADBOLT LANE, TOWER HILL, KIRKBY, MERSEYSIDE

 
Notice is hereby given that Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (“the Council”) intends to dispose of two areas of open space land being:-
 
(1) an area of approximately 46,610 sq.m to the south of Headbolt Lane, Tower Hill, Kirkby, Merseyside as shown on plan number AS/183A/2021 and

(2) an area of approximately 263.20 sq.m to the south of the existing railway line at Headbolt Lane, Tower Hill Kirkby, Merseyside as shown on plan number AS/204/2021 to enable development of a Railway Station.
 
The plans showing the open space land the Council proposes to dispose of are available in other formats upon request by contacting the Council’s Property Information Team. Email PropertyInformation@knowsley.gov.uk or call 0151 443 2327. 

Any objection to the proposed disposal must be made in writing no later than 14 days from the date hereof to:
