Events at Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park

Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park hosts a wide range of events for all the family. This includes sports, arts, community and celebration events, fairs, conferences, theatre performances and shows.

Trio Entertainments in partnership with Knowsley’s Culture Development and Events Team, the teams behind the Knowsley Leisure & Culture Park annual Christmas Pantomime have confirmed TV Legend and all round good fox, BASIL BRUSH to  join Coronation Street star Steven Arnold (Best known for playing Ashley Peacock)  in this year’s production of Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs. 
Basil Brush will feature as The Magic Mirror, alongside Steven Arnold as Muddles. They are joined by Knowsley's own Vikki Earle as The Wicked Queen, Farron Ronan as Snow White, Adam Monk as Dame Nurse Nelly and Jordan Kennedy as The Prince.
Producer Kevin Brown says “It’s going to be a great pantomime this year and we cannot wait to get back at the Culture Park to celebrate ten year's of pantomime at Knowsley and bring fun and laughter to our amazing audiences, Basil Brush is a great addition to our show and brings something for all ages as everyone has grown up with his famous catchphrase!”

The Knowsley Christmas panto will take place from Saturday 3rd December to Tuesday 6th December at Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park, Longview Drive, Huyton. Times and costs as follows:

  • Saturday 3rd December 7pm show  
  • Sunday 4th December 1pm and 5pm shows   

Tickets £12 adults £10 children and concessions

The Monday and Tuesday 5th and 6th December 10am and 1.30pm shows are aimed at schools across Merseyside and very limited public sales. Tickets are £7.

There is also a buy 10 get 1 free offer on all tickets.   
Tickets will go on sale Monday 23rd May-  book early to avoid disappointment!

Concessions and ticket offers

Concessionary rates for tickets are available for some events. In general, concessions and offers will be available for the following:

  • Young people under 16 years of age
  • Senior Citizens
  • All Active Knowsley members with a gold, silver or swimming membership (only available by purchasing over the phone or at the site)
  • Disabled adults/carers

Concessionary rates for some events may differ e.g. for Mersey Tigers events. Please refer to their guidelines for these details.

Ticket offers

  • Group offer: buy ten tickets and get one free
  • Family ticket (where applicable): two adults and two children under 16

ATM facility

Unfortunately there is no ATM facility at Knowsley Leisure and Culture Park, so if you wish to purchase refreshments in the Café, please bring cash with you.
