The information you provide will be used by Knowsley Council and Artist Martin Heron to develop a public art trail in Huyton. The trail will be accessible to the public to view the history of Huyton.
What allows you to use my information?
We will only use your information with your consent.
Please be aware that, because we do not ask for names, it is unlikely you would be able to withdraw your answers from the study after you have returned the survey.
Who will my information be shared with?
Aggregated and anonymous data will be used by Knowsley Council and will be shared with Artist Martin Heron who is developing the artwork trail.
Do I have to provide this information and what will happen if I don’t?
Providing this information is completely voluntary
How long will you keep this data for and why?
Your data will be analysed and kept for a period of six months whilst the artworks are being developed
How will my information be stored?
Anonymised electronic survey responses held by Knowsley Council will be stored on a secure electronic system.
Will this information be used to take automated decisions about me?

What rights do I have when it comes to my data?
