The Matchmaker Scheme is a free service that matches empty properties in Knowsley with potential buyers. When a match is found, the buyer and seller are put in direct contact to proceed with the sale process.
Join the scheme
You can join the scheme if you own an empty property that has been unoccupied for six months or more, even if your property is in need of repair.
Once registered, your property will be listed online and in landlord bulletins.
